Description: "20/10/2014: Martin Couture-Rouleau rammed his vehicle into a pair of Canadian Forces members in the partking lot of a strip mall in Saint Jean sur Richilieu, Quebec. Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent died later that evening of his injuries. A police chase ensued, during which Couture-Rouleau phoned into 911 to tell police he had been ""acting in the name of Allah."" The chase ended when Couture-Rouleau was fatally shot by a responding police officer. "
